What is ValkunCoin offering?
The website valkuncoin.com promotes a token called VLKC. Its material describes crypto trading, AI strategies, staking and an airdrop. Staking generally means committing tokens in return for possible rewards; an airdrop distributes tokens under set conditions.
Its Facebook advert leads to the project website. The trading link opens trading.valkuncoin.com, where the interface displays wallet connection, swap, deposit and withdrawal controls.
The interface offers these controls, but buttons and a price chart are not evidence of completed trades or withdrawals.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
The contact page focuses on token listings, partnerships and community channels. The reviewed home, contact and whitepaper-summary pages do not clearly identify a legal operator with an address.
Ask for the legal business name, registration details and complaint address in the agreement that would apply to you. The name Valkun Labs alone does not identify a company responsible for repaying you.
The trading portal presents an agreement before entry. It describes a community protocol and an interface provided as is. It says Valkun Labs does not control the protocol or transactions and includes country restrictions.
Before accepting these terms, ask who handles your funds and who is responsible if a transaction goes wrong.
What would make the token and trading claims verifiable?
Ask for the exact token contract address and blockchain. A name or ticker alone is not enough: unrelated tokens can use similar names. Compare the address across the project's documents and an independent blockchain explorer.
Ask whether an independent security audit exists and read its scope. A logo or a claim of strong security does not show what was tested. Even an audit cannot guarantee profits or repayment.
Clarify where a swap happens, which assets you receive, and whether those assets can be sold elsewhere. A displayed token balance can be very different from money you can actually withdraw.
These checks establish which token and trading arrangement you would actually use. A price chart supplies none of that information.
Before connecting a wallet or making a payment
Do not use your main wallet to experiment with an unresolved offer. Connecting a wallet, signing a message and approving a transfer are different actions. Read each prompt; never approve one you do not understand.
Never enter a recovery phrase or private key into a website or send it to support. Legitimate help does not require those secrets.
Get written withdrawal terms, fees and the responsible business's details. Do not pay just to test whether a site is safe: a small successful withdrawal would not guarantee that a larger one will work.
If you contacted ValkunCoin or already sent funds
You only left contact details: keep the messages and be cautious about follow-up calls. Do not install remote-access software or share login codes at a caller's request.
You connected a wallet: review its connected sites and permissions using your wallet provider's official instructions. Disconnecting a site may not revoke earlier token approvals. A connection alone does not establish that funds were stolen.
You signed something or transferred crypto: save the transaction hash, blockchain, receiving address, amount and messages. Contact the exchange used to send funds through its official support. A blockchain transfer usually cannot simply be reversed.
You paid by card or bank transfer and suspect deception: contact the payment provider promptly. Ask which dispute or recall options apply, without assuming that recovery is guaranteed.
You cannot withdraw: request a written explanation. Check any new tax, verification or release charge independently before paying. Such demands from ValkunCoin have not been confirmed.
Request a free phone consultation. Tell us which website you used and whether you shared details, signed a wallet request or paid. We can help you sort out what happened and explain practical next steps, without promising to recover your money.
