obmmxp.com / Rights Guide: who handles the recovery offer?

Why people may arrive here

The Facebook page Coco run suirun advertises help to people who have lost money. The recorded offer includes a free consultation, case assessment and no service fee if recovery fails. Its link leads to obmmxp.com, headed Rights Guide.

Someone following that advert could reasonably expect a service that takes on their case. The destination's own explanation is different.

What the FAQ actually says

Rights Guide describes itself in its FAQ as an information resource. It says it does not accept cases, payments or personal documents, and does not represent a law firm or the police. This wording was still present on 23 October 2026.

The page contains general advice about fraud and a WhatsApp contact, +85295626547. General advice may be useful, but it does not identify who would provide the recovery work suggested by the advert. Links to official consumer information are not proof of endorsement by those organisations.

Before sharing a bank statement or ID, ask whether the contact is only giving information or offering a paid service. If it is a service, ask for the legal business name, address, contract and the person responsible for your case. Check any claimed professional registration through the relevant official directory, using contact details from that directory.

What we know about the contact

The same WhatsApp number appeared on ztcjyj.com, a different site headed ChainShield Associates. That is a verifiable contact overlap. It does not establish common ownership or prove that either site is fraudulent.

The legal operator remains unidentified. Customer losses, payment demands and successful recoveries have not been confirmed for this site.

If you contacted Rights Guide

Keep the original advert, web address, messages and the name given by the person who spoke to you. Ask why they are offering to take a case if the website says it does not accept cases. A useful response should identify a business and its role, not just repeat that recovery is possible.

If you already shared documents, stop sending more until you know the recipient. Secure any accounts whose passwords you shared. If you paid, keep the receipt and ask your bank, card provider or exchange about available action. Explain both the original loss and this later recovery payment; they are separate transactions.

The FTC warns that recovery offers can target people after an earlier loss. Be especially cautious about a new payment supposedly needed to release recovered money. The evidence for this site does not include such a demand.
