Markets Minds / marketsminds.ai: is the AI quiz trustworthy?

What the site promises

marketsminds.ai promotes an AI-based recommendation matched to a visitor's goals, experience and lifestyle. The page we inspected begins with a gender question and offers a short quiz. It also gives a WhatsApp contact, +447780988415.

The public invitation does not name the business behind any later trading offer. A quiz result is not a contract identifying who would receive your money.

The terms narrow the promise

The terms dated 29 July 2026 describe an educational assessment rather than professional advice. They do not guarantee accurate results or a particular outcome. That means a personalised-looking answer should not be treated as proof that an investment suits you or that a provider is authorised.

The terms refer to the operator's jurisdiction without clearly identifying the legal business in the text we read. A website name alone is not enough to check a firm's permission to offer a regulated service. Ask for the legal name and, where relevant, its registration or licence number, then verify the details independently.

Who receives your information?

The privacy policy dated 30 July 2026 allows collection of contact details and sharing with affiliates, service providers and other recipients. It refers to a group without clearly naming the legal business responsible for this offer.

Before submitting your phone number, ask which company will contact you and why. Keep a copy of the consent text. A sale or misuse of these details has not been confirmed.

Similar pages do not prove the same owner

The quiz resembles the Forex GPT page, but the WhatsApp numbers differ and common ownership is unconfirmed. The FCA warning about forex-gpt.com does not apply automatically to marketsminds.ai.

The claimed user count is not evidence of customer profits. Base a payment decision on the named provider, its permissions and written terms, rather than the popularity of the quiz.

If you left your number or paid

If someone calls, ask for their company name and how they obtained your details. Compare their proposed service with the original quiz. You do not have to make a deposit to validate a quiz result.

If you paid, save the receipt and identify the actual recipient. It may be different from the website name. Request the contract and a written explanation of any withdrawal or refund refusal. Contact your payment provider about available dispute options if the sale was misleading; an outcome cannot be guaranteed.

If you shared passwords or allowed remote access, secure your accounts. Do not give a caller a one-time security code to “verify” an investment account.

Request a free phone consultation if you want help understanding who contacted you or where your payment went. We can help you organise the facts and work out your next steps.

See our Markets Minds Facebook ad check for the route into the quiz.
