What does the Investago licence actually establish?

The exact website covered here is investago.com. In the CySEC register checked on 5 November 2026, Wonderinterest Trading Ltd is listed with licence 307/16, granted on 9 August 2016. Investago is one of its approved trading names and investago.com is an approved domain. Similar names such as Investigo or Investico are not interchangeable with this business.

This matters if someone approaches you claiming to be Investago: compare the website, contract and recipient with the registered company. A real licence does not guarantee investment performance, settle a particular withdrawal dispute or authenticate an unrelated caller.

Why did CySEC fine Wonderinterest €100,000?

The decision was made on 13 October 2025 and announced on 17 December 2025. It concerns conduct during 2022–2024. The three parts were:

  • €50,000 for inadequate policies and procedures, including how products and their intended customers were assessed.
  • €30,000 for failures to act honestly, fairly and professionally in clients’ best interests.
  • €20,000 for marketing information that did not meet the requirement to be fair, clear and not misleading.

In plain language, the regulator found problems in how the firm controlled its business, treated clients and presented products. The decision concerns the operator; it does not identify every Investago customer as a victim. It is not an order automatically refunding all deposits, nor should it be presented as a withdrawal ban or a fraud conviction.

How long should an Investago withdrawal take?

The published withdrawal instructions separate processing an approved request from the payment reaching you. A correctly completed request, approved with sufficient available funds, is normally processed within one business day. After execution, the stated delivery times are 1–3 business days for a local bank transfer, up to 5 for an international transfer and 1–6 for a card refund.

Those periods should not be collapsed into a promise that every withdrawal arrives tomorrow. Ask which stage your request has reached: received, awaiting documents, approved or actually sent. If it has been sent, request the payment reference and execution date.

The instructions normally require money to return to the original funding source. A card refund cannot exceed the amount deposited by that card; profits are paid by bank transfer. An expired card or a different bank account can require supporting documents. The financial-transactions page lists no withdrawal fee charged by the broker, while allowing for costs charged by other payment providers. If someone demands a new payment, ask for its contractual basis and an itemised explanation before agreeing.

Where should you send a complaint?

Withdrawal requests go to [email protected] under the published instructions. A formal complaint has a different destination: [email protected], specified in the operator’s complaints procedure. Sending another chat message to a salesperson is not the same as lodging that complaint.

Include your account reference, withdrawal date and amount, relevant payment records, the reason given for the delay and the outcome you want. Keep a copy and ask for a complaint reference. The procedure provides for acknowledgement within five business days and a response within two months; it describes a holding response if more time is needed, followed by a final response within one further month.

If the answer does not resolve the dispute, check the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman’s current eligibility rules and deadlines. Use the official route and retain the firm’s final response. A regulatory report and a claim for individual compensation serve different purposes. Our withdrawal-problem guide explains how to organise the evidence and distinguish missing funds from an unresolved payment request.

What to do if there was pressure or a suspicious payment

Preserve emails, call details, account statements and the exact promises made. A trading loss, disputed sales advice, an unexplained deduction and a blocked withdrawal require different explanations. Describe the actual event rather than relying on a rating or another person’s story.

If you suspect a payment was obtained through deception, contact your bank, card issuer or sending exchange promptly and ask which dispute or fraud-reporting options apply. Do not let a private “recovery agent” turn the regulatory fine into a promise of guaranteed compensation. Check a recovery service before paying.

If you have contacted Investago and need help making sense of the response or your payment records, request a free phone consultation. We can help put the events in order and explain the next available steps. Have the dates, amount and recipient ready; never share passwords or wallet recovery phrases.
