What do the Aurum Foundation warnings say?
If your Aurum balance is stuck, start with the facts. Several regulators have warned about the platform. One notice also describes a failed withdrawal. These signals do not tell us what happened to every account.
- 22 June 2026 — Hong Kong SFC: the notice names aurum.foundation/en/exchange and aurum.trading. It says Aurum has no SFC licence and suspects unlicensed activity.
- 6 July 2026 — Belgium FSMA: Aurum appears in a warning about crypto services offered without approval.
- 11 August 2026 — UK FCA: Aurum Foundation Limited is not authorised by the FCA. That warning was updated on 13 August.
- 12 October 2026 — New Zealand FMA: the notice reports one investor unable to withdraw. It also says Aurum is not on New Zealand's Financial Service Providers Register.
These notices concern different countries and services. They are not criminal convictions. A company certificate is not the same as a licence to offer an investment service.
Which Aurum websites are named?
The FMA lists aurum.foundation/en, aurumfoundation.io, aurum-foundation.com, aurum.trading and neyro.network. Compare the full address with your own records. Do not assume that any other business named Aurum is linked.
Is Aurum Foundation connected to Neyro?
The FMA lists neyro.network in its Aurum warning. Aurum's public homepage also promotes Neyro as an AI trading product. This supports a link between the brands.
It does not show who holds each customer's money. Nor does it prove that your account was moved. If someone asks you to move your balance, save the message.
Ask which legal business will hold the funds. Ask which terms apply and whether you must pay more. A new name does not fix an old withdrawal problem.
What does Aurum's website claim?
The homepage describes AI trading. It says Neyro lets users keep control of their assets. These are the provider's claims. We have not tested an account or checked who controls customer funds.
The homepage we reviewed did not explain the specific failed withdrawal reported by the FMA. We did not contact the operator.
Without the customer's contract and messages, we cannot tell which payout terms applied or whether a deadline was missed.
Was Aurum advertised after a warning?
A saved Google Ads archive entry mentions Aurum Foundation. Its last shown date is 26 July 2026, after the SFC notice. This is a record of past advertising. It does not prove the advert is still running.
The name in an advert does not prove who paid for it. It also does not prove who owns other brands shown there.
What is still unclear?
We have not confirmed a total loss figure or the number of people currently unable to withdraw. We cannot confirm the cause or outcome of each request.
We also cannot tell whether a particular screen balance represents real assets available to withdraw. Claims about account moves need to be checked against contracts and payments.
Review counts are not victim counts. Repeated posts and recovery-service adverts are not proof of losses. A small payout does not prove that a later, larger payout will work.
What should I do if Aurum will not let me withdraw?
- Contact your payment provider promptly if you suspect deception. Tell your bank or card provider what happened. Ask about a payment dispute or recall. For crypto, give the exchange you used the transaction ID and recipient address.
- Keep your records. Save the exact website, payment receipts, dates and currencies. Keep your withdrawal request and the replies. Store copies outside the platform.
- Check the stated reason. Compare it with the terms you accepted. Keep any support ticket number. Do not send more identity documents to a new, unverified contact.
- Do not pay just to unlock a payout. Check any new tax, fee or deposit demand. An agreed transfer fee and a demand for another deposit are different things.
- Protect your accounts and report the facts. If you shared passwords or remote access, secure the accounts from a trusted device. Report suspected fraud through your local police and regulator's official channels.
Our withdrawal problems guide gives a fuller checklist. You can also check a broker licence through official registers.
Can I get my money back from Aurum?
That depends on how and when you paid, who received it and the rules that apply. A complaint about Aurum is different from a dispute with your bank. Ask about your own payment.
Crypto transfers are usually hard to reverse. No one can promise a refund from a screenshot alone. Be wary of people who promise recovery for an upfront fee. Never share your wallet recovery phrase.
What if I have not invested yet?
Read the warnings before paying. Match the website, legal business and licence. An advert, a friend's referral or a company certificate does not replace those checks. A working website does not prove your money is protected.
