The official warning covers two domains
The UK Financial Conduct Authority published its UKX Capital warning on 12 August 2026. It names ukxcapital.co and ukxcapital.com, a Geneva address and a UK telephone number. According to the FCA, the firm is not authorised by it and may be targeting people in the UK. A Swiss address does not cancel that finding or prove permission to serve clients elsewhere.
Match the domain and contact details with your own records. The notice is about this named offer, not every unrelated business that uses UKX in its name.
What does “co-financing” mean in the complaints?
In ordinary language, co-financing means that more than one party contributes money. In the public UKX accounts, however, the disputed issue is whether a customer has been pressured to supply more money after an arrangement was presented or accepted.
A MoneySavingExpert forum contributor describes being told a co-financing arrangement could not be cancelled and an account might be frozen for 90 days. A separate Trustpilot review by Tommi Reilly, dated 14 September 2026, describes payment pressure, threats and difficulty reaching the firm. These are allegations by their authors. Their contracts, payment records and final outcomes are not established by the posts.
The overlap is a useful warning sign, not proof that the two experiences or every customer’s terms are identical. The FCA notice supplies the independent regulatory fact. Our concern is that pressure to complete an alleged funding obligation can make a person send more money while the original balance remains inaccessible.
Do not confuse an account entry with money you owe
If an adviser says the platform has lent you funds, ask for the actual agreement, the creditor’s full legal identity and a clear calculation. Preserve the original wording. A number credited inside a trading dashboard does not alone show that a loan was paid to you or that the demand is enforceable. Nor should this article be taken as a ruling that any particular agreement is void. A formal legal demand needs qualified advice.
Do not make a rushed payment because an account manager threatens a deadline. Compare what you agreed to with what is now being demanded, including any fee required before a withdrawal.
Build a record that a bank or adviser can use
Put the original deposit, any later payment and each withdrawal request in date order. Keep the co-financing document, messages threatening a freeze, names used by callers and the real payment recipients. Separate the money you transferred from profits or loans merely displayed in the account.
Contact your bank or payment provider promptly with those facts and the FCA warning. Ask which payment-dispute or fraud-reporting options apply. If you suspect fraud, make a report to the appropriate authority where you live. Our withdrawal guide explains the records to preserve.
Request a free phone consultation if UKX Capital is asking you to pay again or refusing access to your money. We can help you understand the demand, organise the chronology and prepare the next steps. We do not promise that a payment can be recovered.

Alphavista Exchange
alphavistaexchange.com
Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction
fxjunction.com
FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker / AtlasBrokerOption

HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
