FXJunction

First identify which money you are trying to withdraw

FXJunction at fxjunction.com is a social and copy-trading service. Copy trading means trades made by one trader can be reproduced in another person's linked broker account. It does not remove the risk of losing money.

There are several different amounts a user might call their balance. Trading capital can be held in the linked broker account. Separately, FXJunction describes credits used for premium functions such as AutoCopy, credits earned by signal providers and promotional bonus credits. A support request must name the right amount and the right service.

If the disputed money is in your broker account, check the broker's legal name, statement and withdrawal rules. If it is provider earnings or purchased credits, keep the FXJunction credit history and the terms that applied when you earned or bought them. A trading loss, an unpaid provider fee and a rejected withdrawal require different evidence.

What does the FAQ say about credits?

The FAQ checked on 4 November 2026 describes credits in US dollars. It says purchased and earned credits can be redeemed under a policy effective from 1 May 2016; bonus credits cannot and may only pay AutoCopy fees. It also gives a $100 minimum for a withdrawal request from the Credits page.

The FAQ says FXJunction does not charge for processing incoming payments or withdrawals, although Stripe or bank charges apply. These are the published terms, not a verified record that every request is paid. If your request is refused, ask for the exact credit category, amount, applicable rule and reason in writing. Do not assume a visible bonus is withdrawable cash.

Nor should you assume that depositing extra money is the answer to a minimum threshold. First establish the source of your balance and whether the proposed extra payment would be redeemable at all. Keep the original version of the terms for any older purchase.

Why do two pages show different provider commissions?

The discrepancy is specific. In the FAQ answer about becoming a signal provider, FXJunction says the provider retains 70% of charged commissions, rising to 80% for copiers referred through its affiliate programme. Its separate provider page says the provider retains 90% and the platform takes 10%.

For $1,000 of fees charged to copiers, those percentages would leave $700, $800 or $900 before any other applicable charges. That is a material difference when checking an earnings statement. It is provider revenue sharing, not the percentage return an investor receives from trading.

The pages also differ on the minimum trading history for provider approval: the FAQ describes one month, while the provider page says two months. One page may be outdated or aimed at different arrangements. The pages examined do not resolve which account gets which terms. Ask for the applicable contract and effective date, then compare them with the commission entries. The inconsistency is grounds for a precise question, not proof of theft.

What do complaints actually establish?

A Forex Peace Army review dated 18 April 2021 alleged that a signal provider could see earnings but could not withdraw them and had not received a support reply. The review page carries a later update date, but that does not make the complaint recent. The public account is an allegation; it does not establish the outcome, current payout behaviour or a system-wide failure.

The operator's own terms say it does not provide investment advice and warn that users can lose money. That statement does not settle a complaint about a particular sales call, fee or unpaid amount. Save what was actually promised to you, by whom and on what date. A rating alone cannot answer whether your loss came from trading, a charge or a payment problem.

What to do if you have a problem now

Write a short request naming the service, account reference, amount, date and action you want explained. For provider earnings, include the fee model, commission statement and credit withdrawal request. For a broker balance, use the broker's statement and payment receipt. Keep originals and a timeline of replies.

If you believe a payment was obtained through deception, contact the bank, card issuer or exchange that sent it and ask about the available options. If the issue concerns copied trades, check the broker's open positions before changing the connection: stopping new copied trades is not necessarily the same as closing positions already open. Seek a written explanation of disputed trades or instructions.

Do not give a recovery caller your trading password, remote access or wallet recovery phrase. See our withdrawal-problem guide and checks for recovery offers for more practical steps.
