Carziqo

What happened to Carziqo?

If you paid Carziqo and can no longer access the account or withdraw, keep your payment records and pause further deposits. The important question is what happened to your money, even if a public company website still loads.

On 11–13 October 2026, reviewers on Carziqo’s Trustpilot page reported lost website access and trouble getting money out. One described a PHP5,500 deposit; another said access failed shortly after a large deposit. These are customer accounts, not bank records or a court finding. They establish specific complaints that deserve attention, rather than a confirmed total loss across the platform.

Our view: the combination of deposits, lost account access and unresolved withdrawal complaints raises a serious concern about possible fraud. Pause further payments while you establish where your money went. A website outage alone would not justify that conclusion.

The review page also contains favourable accounts, including posts from October. These do not resolve the specific complaints about missing access or payouts. Reviews alone cannot establish how much money is missing across the platform or whether an individual complaint has been settled.

Which Carziqo website does this concern?

A company statement distributed by APAC News on 31 July 2026 named carziqo.com as its website and vip.carziqo.net as its platform. This provides a documented link between those addresses, beyond their similar names.

The statement also said Carziqo did not authorise Facebook groups. It listed a Facebook page and app-store channels instead. That distinction matters if a group administrator asks you to use a replacement website or send money to a different account.

Keep the exact address you used, including any words before the main domain. If your receipt names a different recipient, record that name too. A brand on a screen and the person receiving your payment may be different.

Why a working website would not settle the money question

Carziqo presents itself as an autonomous-mobility business. Its company statement describes driverless transport and fleet technology. That is the operator’s description, not an audit of vehicles, earnings or customer funds.

For someone who paid to earn returns, the useful documents are the contract, the named operator and the terms for taking money out. A dashboard balance is only a number until a payment reaches an account you control.

If your account works again, save its transaction history and submit a withdrawal through the established account channel. Keep the request number and promised payment date. Do not send a fresh deposit merely to test whether withdrawals work.

What to do if you paid Carziqo

  1. Contact your bank, card issuer or payment app promptly. Say when you paid, who received the money and what has happened since. Ask whether a recall, payment dispute or fraud report is available. Describe an authorised payment honestly; do not label it unauthorised just because the investment went wrong.
  2. Make a simple money record. List each deposit, currency, recipient and transaction reference. List money actually received separately. Keep advertised earnings in a third column so they are not confused with your cash loss.
  3. Save the account evidence you already have. Keep receipts, the address you used, withdrawal requests and messages from the person who introduced you. If the account is inaccessible, your bank records and old messages still matter.
  4. Ask for a written answer through your existing contact channel. Request the status of your withdrawal, the reason for any hold and a payment date. Preserve the reply or the absence of one.
  5. Report suspected fraud in the relevant country. Give the authorities the payment recipient and transaction references, not only the Carziqo name. Our scam-reporting guide explains how to organise a report.

If you paid with cryptocurrency, preserve the transaction hash, destination address and network. Contact the exchange used to send it and report the suspected fraud. A blockchain transaction record helps trace a transfer; it does not create an automatic reversal.

A message about maintenance, migration or a new platform does not prove who controls the new address. Before signing in, check it against a previously established company channel. Never provide a wallet recovery phrase, one-time banking code or remote access to your device.

Treat a new payment demanded to release existing money as a separate risk. Ask for its written basis and discuss it with your payment provider before paying. Someone promising a guaranteed recovery for an upfront fee may be targeting you again. See our checks for recovery offers.
