What are you buying from Funded EA?
Paying fundedea.com buys access to software, not a guaranteed funded trading account. Prime is an AI trading agent that can place trades on accounts you connect.
The site targets people taking tests set by prop firms. These firms set trading targets and loss limits. Passing a test may give access to an account under the firm's rules; a payout still depends on its terms.
The advertised Prime price was US$997. A separate Done For You service started at US$2,997. Check the exact product on your invoice: its conditions may differ.
Funded EA says it is neither a broker nor a prop firm. A software payment, a challenge fee and money in a trading account may therefore involve three different businesses.
Does a lifetime licence mean no further bills?
The terms dated 3 October 2026 include 1,000 AI credits. The seller estimates these may last about two years with normal use. That is an estimate, not an unlimited allowance.
After those credits run out, continued use requires a subscription to the AI platform, starting at US$30 a month according to the terms.
An optional MT5 cloud connection costs US$9 a month per account. A free EA connector is offered as an alternative. Challenge fees and other trading costs are separate.
The licence also lasts while the product is offered. It does not promise that the service will operate forever. Before buying, ask for a written total covering the setup you intend to use.
What does the seven-day refund guarantee cover?
It is a setup guarantee for supported accounts that allow the automation. The software must connect and be able to place orders. It does not need to make a profit to meet that test.
You must raise a setup problem within seven days and cooperate with support. A problem reported in time can still be worked on after that period.
The policy excludes losses, failed challenges, closed accounts and missed payouts. It also excludes third-party costs. Done For You work has separate agreed terms.
For example, software that connects correctly but then loses a challenge would not qualify solely because it lost. Your statutory consumer rights may still apply; the policy expressly preserves rights that cannot legally be waived.
If a refund is approved, the policy allows up to 10 business days to process it through the original payment method. The software licence and access then end. Check open trades and any separate subscriptions before access is switched off; a software refund does not close a broker position for you.
What should you check before trusting the results?
The advert itself says profits, challenge passes and payouts are not guaranteed. The homepage separately uses guaranteed-passing wording for an HFT Expert bonus. Do not assume that wording covers Prime.
Payout images do not establish typical buyer earnings. The software's actual performance and customer loss amounts remain unconfirmed by the cited evidence.
The terms describe a company registered in Romania, but the text we inspected did not name that legal company or its registration number. Ask for both, plus the invoice issuer, before paying.
Also ask your prop firm directly whether this exact software and trading method are permitted. A firm's logo on a sales page does not settle that question.
Already paid? Identify which problem needs fixing
The software will not run: report the fault to Funded EA in writing promptly. Give the order date, product, account type and error. Keep the support exchange and the terms supplied at purchase.
A challenge failed or a payout was refused: obtain the prop firm's reason and account logs. Establish whether it concerns losses, a rule breach or a technical error before deciding whom to challenge.
A charge was not authorised, or you believe the sale was misleading: contact your bank or payment provider promptly. Describe the transaction accurately and ask which dispute options and deadlines apply. A refund is not assured.
Keep invoices, payment references and the original advert. If you stop using the software, review its trading permissions and any separate subscriptions. Never share your password or a one-time login code with someone promising a refund.
Discuss your situation in a free phone consultation. Have your receipt and the provider's reply ready. We can help you understand what happened and prepare clear questions for the right company.
