What happens when you see this offer?
The page Draven Rechtsanwälte Mandantenservice addresses people whose online investments cannot be withdrawn. It offers a confidential first assessment and asks them to submit case details through a short form.
Meta showed advert 2955845344795735 as active on 20 October 2026, with a start date of the same day. The page ID is 61551028706244. We saved the advert and its ten-second video preview. Active status records what Meta showed at that check; it does not verify the business.
The advert's Facebook enquiry link does not clearly identify an external website, a responsible lawyer or the business receiving your details.
Why check the exact identity?
Searches also found schneider-keller.com, a website displaying the Draven name. Our separate website review compares its listed lawyers and contacts with Paulitsch Law.
A direct link between this advert and that website is unconfirmed. Ask the caller for the exact business, lawyer and website, then compare the details with your messages and agreement. The shared Draven name is not enough.
The advert itself does not demonstrate a customer loss or an upfront payment demand. A free first assessment can be legitimate. The unresolved issue here is who is offering it and who would handle your records.
If you contacted Draven through Facebook
Waiting for a call: save the page and advert ID. Ask any caller to identify the responsible lawyer and send written terms. Check their identity through the relevant official lawyer directory and an independently found contact before sending documents.
Already paid: keep the payment receipt and the exact account or wallet that received it. Ask your payment provider promptly whether the payment can be stopped, recalled or disputed. Make clear whether you paid the original investment platform or a later recovery service.
Asked to pay again to release money: do not rely on a screenshot of a balance. Ask for evidence of who holds the money and why a new payment is required. Do not share passwords, login codes or wallet recovery words.
