A daily-income promise is not a trading record
Velmato Edge presents trading as an easy source of income. The landing page puts a large daily earnings figure next to a registration form. It says AI selects profitable trades and displays a limited number of remaining places.
Those claims encourage a quick decision. They do not show that a customer can withdraw money, or even name the company that would receive a deposit.
The exact offer in the FMA warning
On 21 October 2026, Austria's Financial Market Authority warned about Velmato Edge. It said the provider was not authorised for securities transactions requiring a licence in Austria, including executing client orders.
The notice identifies this exact landing page:
tips-seniors-insurance.com/landers/k406-offer-131-prismvest-at-dima/index.php
Keep the full address when comparing it with a page you visited. The warning does not automatically cover every website using a similar name. It establishes a specific Austrian permission problem, not a court finding about each customer's loss.
Three checks that change how the page should be read
Our inspection on 23 October found three problems beyond the bold earnings pitch:
- The risk message contradicts the sales message. The page promises only profitable trades; the footer says all invested capital can be lost.
- Legal links return to registration. The terms, privacy and cookie links point to “#form”, rather than explaining the contract or handling of personal data.
- The comments do not open a discussion. Their like and comment links also point to the form. They are not a way to inspect a public conversation with those apparent customers.
The footer also uses a different name, “immediatedefiniinfo”. This makes it harder to identify who accepts responsibility for the offer.
Taken together with the FMA warning, these are grounds for suspicion. Our view is that the offer could be a route into investment fraud. A risk disclaimer at the bottom does not make the promises at the top reliable.
If you registered but have not paid
You may receive a call introducing a broker or an account manager. Record the name, exact account website and company named in any contract. Do not assume that a caller is licensed because you reached them through an advertisement.
Stop before sending money, identity documents or access to your device. The key question is who would hold your money and under which permission. A registration form does not answer it.
If you paid or your withdrawal is stuck
- Contact your payment provider promptly. Explain the investment offer and why you suspect fraud. Ask what protection, recall or dispute options apply to that payment. Use official contact details.
- Identify the actual recipient. Save the bank beneficiary, card merchant name or crypto destination. It may differ from Velmato Edge. Keep both names rather than assuming they are the same company.
- Record the withdrawal request. Keep the date, amount, response and any new demand for a tax, verification payment or account upgrade. Do not send extra money simply to test a promised release.
- Preserve access evidence. Save account statements, messages and the full web address. A displayed profit is not proof that the money exists or is available to withdraw.
- Report the suspected fraud. Use your local police and relevant financial authority. Include the receiving account and your own payment records, not just the advertising name.
If someone installed remote-access software, tell your bank and secure your accounts from a trusted device. For more detail, follow our steps for a broker that will not allow a withdrawal.
Discuss your situation
If you contacted Velmato Edge and lost money or face a blocked withdrawal, request a free phone consultation. We will help you understand the offer, organise the payment trail and work out your next steps. Have the account website, payment method and latest withdrawal message ready.
