If you are checking Bull Trade24 before investing, or because a payment has become a worry, start with the exact website. An official warning concerns bulltrade24.com. Here is what it establishes, what it cannot tell us about your account and which records matter next.
Why did the FMA warn about Bull Trade24?
The FMA says the firm lacks permission for the stated securities services in Austria. This includes carrying out customer orders. The notice describes its London location as claimed, not verified.
This is a concrete reason to stop and check an offer. It is not a court ruling on each customer’s loss. We have not checked a total loss figure or proved individual customer claims.
Check the website, not just the name
Compare bulltrade24.com with the address in your account and messages. Record the full address, including any subdomain. If it differs, do not assume that a similar name proves it is the same operator.
Next compare the contract name and the payment recipient. They may be different. A logo or company record does not explain that gap. Ask who holds your money and which legal firm provides the service.
If you are still deciding whether to pay
Pause while you check the licence claim. Use the relevant regulator's own register. Match the firm, website and permitted service. Do not rely only on a certificate sent by the salesperson.
For readers outside Austria, the warning remains useful evidence about the named website. It does not decide which protection applies to your own account or country.
If you already paid or cannot withdraw
Use this short record to explain the problem clearly:
| Record | What to note |
|---|---|
| Payment | Date, amount, currency, method and recipient |
| Withdrawal | Date requested, amount and any reference |
| Reply | Exact reason given for delay or refusal |
| New demand | Fee name, amount and destination |
Keep the messages in your own files. A note helps, but the original is stronger. Do not send more money merely to test whether an account works.
Contact your bank, card provider or payment service promptly if you suspect deception. Explain the payment honestly and ask what recall or dispute options exist. If you agreed to send the money, say so. Explain how you were misled. What help is possible depends on how you paid.
If someone asks for a new tax or fee to release money, ask for the written basis. Verify it independently before paying. This is a precaution, not a claim that every Bull Trade24 customer has received such a demand.
A useful first message to your payment provider
“I paid [amount and currency] on [date] to [recipient]. The investment website was [full address]. I am concerned because [warning or specific event]. My withdrawal request dated [date] received this reply: [brief exact answer]. What options and deadlines apply to this payment?”
Fill only the parts that are true for you. Keep a platform loss separate from an unauthorised card transaction: the provider needs to know what actually happened.
What would strengthen this report?
A dated request to withdraw, the firm’s reply and proof of payment would help us check a case. Claims copied across sales pages do not prove a loss. We will keep facts and claims separate.
If a withdrawal is delayed, see what to record when a broker will not let you withdraw.
Want help deciding what to do next?
We can help you check the site, payment and reply. We can then put your questions in order. You do not need to understand the FMA's legal wording first.
Request a free phone consultation. We can explain possible next steps; we cannot guarantee a recovery.
