Why this advert deserves a closer look
Ad 2124469531420234 was marked active in Meta's library on 20 October 2026. It had a listed start date of 17 December 2025. It promotes annual returns of 14–16%, a £5,000 minimum and experience in property.
The most important word is “guaranteed”. It tells you that a promise is being made, but not how it would be enforced if the business could not pay. The accompanying government-related wording may add reassurance without explaining which party carries your investment risk.
A property deal is not automatically state protection
A public body might be involved in a housing arrangement. That would not necessarily make it responsible for repaying an outside investor. Ask which body is involved, what agreement it has and whether you have any direct rights under it.
Whether this guarantee protects your original investment is unclear. Ask for the full written guarantee, including who must pay if the investment fails.
Where the ad leads
The observed button opens a Meta enquiry form. It does not supply a complete investment contract. The website links to the same advertiser page, supporting the brand association.
Before giving details or paying, request the exact legal company, product and guarantee document. Our Bennett Alexander review examines the company record and the three-to-five-year term advertised on the site.
If you have contacted Bennett Alexander
Keep the advert and ask the salesperson to put every important promise into the agreement. Check the payment dates, exit rules and what happens if the property income is lower than expected.
If you already invested and a payment is missing, compare it with your schedule, then send a written request for an explanation and payment date. Do not treat a new verbal assurance as a replacement for the original contract.
Need help understanding the guarantee or a late payment? Request a free phone consultation. We can help you organise the documents and work out the next practical step.
