How we checked this case: Sources and contractual wording checked on 29 October 2026. Operator claims, regulatory findings and reported security incidents are distinguished; no customer-loss total is asserted.

Trade Flow

The licence claim does not match the FCA warning

Trade Flow presents tradeflowsfx.com as a platform for copying traders, following portfolios and hiring trading specialists. Its regulatory disclosures say that TradeFlow Technologies Ltd is authorised by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority. They display reference number 987654, describe client-money safeguards and claim access to compensation protection.

The FCA's notice of 28 October 2026 identifies this exact domain and states that the firm is not authorised. It advises people to avoid dealing with it. A licence claim on the company's own page cannot override a warning from the regulator it names.

Our assessment: treat this as a suspected investment scam and do not send money on the strength of its claimed UK licence. The basis is the direct regulatory contradiction, not the website's appearance or a customer review. The warning is not a court judgment establishing every transaction as fraud.

What the number 12345678 tells you — and what it does not

The website also displays 12345678 as a company number. That sequence looks like text left in a template. Its presence does not explain who entered it or why. A matching number in a company register, by itself, does not connect the registered business to this website.

For a customer, the important check is whether the legal entity, website, contact details and relevant permissions all match an official financial register. Incorporating a company is different from receiving permission to provide regulated investment services. Here, the FCA has already named the website in a warning.

Do not confuse this offer with other businesses or tools called TradeFlow. This review concerns tradeflowsfx.com, not every product using those words.

“Your money is protected” needs more than a badge

The disclosure page invokes the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, or FSCS. The FCA's warning says customers dealing with this firm would not have FSCS protection and would not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service for complaints against it.

That does not settle a separate complaint about how a bank handled a payment. Your options depend on the payment method, country and facts. Ask your bank directly; do not assume that a website's compensation badge protects your deposit.

The site's terms also describe returning a remaining balance within five business days after account termination. That is a stated contractual timetable, not proof that a withdrawal has been paid. The public warning does not establish that every customer's withdrawal is blocked.

If you contacted Trade Flow or transferred money

  1. Pause further payments. Do not pay a new tax, insurance charge or account upgrade merely because someone says it will release your balance.
  2. Save the full record. Keep the exact website address, licence claims, agreed terms, account balance, withdrawal request, messages and payment receipts. Include the name of the actual payment recipient.
  3. Ask for a written explanation. State the amount you requested, the date and the destination account. Ask which contractual clause permits any delay or deduction. Do not send more money to obtain an answer.
  4. Contact your payment provider promptly. Explain that the FCA has warned about the recipient's website. Ask which recall, dispute or fraud-reporting options apply. For crypto, give your exchange the transaction hash, network and receiving address; a completed blockchain transfer is not automatically reversible.
  5. Secure access you shared. If someone obtained remote access to your device, disconnect it and contact your bank from a trusted device. Change compromised passwords and enable additional sign-in protection.

Our guide to a broker refusing a withdrawal explains how to organise the payment problem. If another company now offers to recover the money, use our recovery-service checks before paying it.

Alphavista Exchange

alphavistaexchange.com

Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction

fxjunction.com

FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
