Why a small first withdrawal is not enough
The Kärnten police account, published on 2 November, describes a sequence worth recognising. A woman in Klagenfurt found an investment advertisement online. Small deposits and credited bonuses came first. A low three-figure sum was paid out. She then committed larger amounts, and her husband also transferred money. Together they paid a six-figure euro amount to several German accounts and one Austrian account. Contact and account access later failed.
That first payment did not establish that the rest could be withdrawn. For anyone comparing their experience, the useful evidence is the sequence of actual transfers, not a profit figure displayed in a trading account. The police notice does not identify the advertisement, recipient accounts or domain publicly, so those details must come from the customer's own records.
What is established about swissfxcapital.com?
BaFin says the site's operators offer banking and/or financial services without the required permission and are not supervised by it. This is a specific warning about swissfxcapital.com, not a warning about every business containing “Swiss” or “Capital”.
On 3 November, the website advertised forex and CFD trading, a €100 referral reward after a friend's deposit above €250, and a 100% initial-deposit bonus. These are marketing claims. A bonus is not money you have received in your bank account.
The Apollo name needs a separate identity check
The footer names Apollo Capital Solutions Europe B.V. in Amsterdam. AFM's investment-firm register contains a company with that exact name. This does not establish that the company operates SwissFXcapital or approved the offer. Neither a copied company name nor a membership logo authenticates a website.
Ask the registered business, using independently obtained official contacts, whether the website, representative and payment instructions are genuinely theirs. Do not use a telephone number supplied by the person whose identity you are checking. Our concern rests on the specific regulatory warning and the reported incident; it is not an allegation against the registered Apollo company.
Paid already? Build the record around the money
Save your full account address, adviser messages, withdrawal requests and any refusal. List each payment's date, amount and recipient beside any money actually returned. Keep bonus credits separate. Give your bank or payment provider the receipts and explain why you suspect deception; ask which recall or dispute options remain available. A police report should contain the same timeline.
If someone had remote access to your device, revoke it and secure your email and financial accounts. Do not make another deposit to “prove” a withdrawal works. For a structured next step, read our broker withdrawal guide. If you contacted SwissFXcapital and need help understanding your records, request a free telephone consultation. We can help separate what was promised, what was paid and what action fits your situation.

Alphavista Exchange
alphavistaexchange.com
Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction
fxjunction.com
FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker / AtlasBrokerOption
hosbroker.site ws.hosbroker.site statsglt.hosbroker.site
HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
