What the investment plans actually promise

The site inspected on 3 November displayed four plans advertising 3%, 4%, 5% and 6% daily profit. Entry ranges ran from $300–$5,000 at the bottom to $50,100–$500,000 at the top. It also advertised a 10% referral commission.

The word “daily” matters. At 3% a day, $1,000 would supposedly generate $30 each day before any compounding or fees. That is an arithmetic illustration of the advertised rate, not an achievable return or a recommendation. A bigger plan does not make that promise safer.

Two withdrawal descriptions do not answer the same question

The plans say withdrawals are weekly. A separate FAQ says withdrawal requests are processed immediately to a Bitcoin wallet. These statements might describe eligibility and processing separately, but the page does not clearly reconcile them. Before any payment, a customer would need a complete agreement explaining when principal and profits can be withdrawn, all charges and the responsible legal entity.

Another FAQ heading names “Belt Investments”, rather than Prime Yield Assets. That mismatch does not prove who owns the site. It does mean the page is not a dependable explanation of the contract you would enter.

Regulation claims are not protection

The site refers to SEC regulation, IIROC/CIPF and Financial Commission membership. A collection of regulator names is not a licence connecting the exact company and domain to the proposed investment. The specific, independently established finding here is the FCA warning about this offer. Do not assume another country's investor protection applies because a logo appears in the footer.

Customer quotations and totals displayed by the operator are also promotional claims, not independently verified payment evidence. The published material does not establish how many people lost money. Our assessment concerns the offer and its documented warning, not an invented victim count.

What to preserve if your withdrawal is blocked

Keep the plan shown when you paid, its promised rate, your account address, withdrawal request and any later demand for money. Save the actual recipient details. For crypto, record the network, receiving address and transaction hash; a screenshot of an account balance is not a substitute.

Ask your payment provider which fraud-reporting, recall or dispute process applies. If a new “tax” or upgrade is demanded, preserve the message rather than paying to test it. Use our withdrawal-problem guide to organise the timeline. If you contacted Prime Yield Assets and need help understanding the situation, request a free telephone consultation. We can help identify the payment route and relevant next questions; recovery is not guaranteed.

Alphavista Exchange

alphavistaexchange.com

Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

fxjunction.com

FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
