How we checked this case: Original advertising, public website documents and cited sources compared on 3 November 2026. Marketing claims, customer allegations and official findings are distinguished.

Deutsche Betrugsbekämpfungsallianz / MirageSwan

Our separate check of the Deutsche Betrugsbekämpfungsallianz Facebook advert examines its claim of up to 98% success, the original video and what to ask before paying for recovery.

Someone who has already lost investment money needs a clear answer: who will do the recovery work, what will it cost and what can they actually do? A reassuring name such as Deutsche Betrugsbekämpfungsallianz — roughly, German Anti-Fraud Alliance — does not answer those questions.

This review follows the public connection between that Facebook page and mirageswan.com. It does not establish that the genuine law firm whose details appear on the website operates the offer.

What does the advertisement promise?

Meta's library showed ad 2933629607016013 as active during the 3 November 2026 recheck, with a start date of 1 November. The advertiser describes international lawyers, AI-assisted tracing and a success rate of up to 98%.

The Facebook page's public information links to mirageswan.com. This establishes a page-to-website link; it is not a record of every destination that the advert's contact button might open for each user.

On the website, the figures are different: 94% success, €152 million recovered and 2,850 clients, alongside a claim of 18 years' experience. These figures are promotional statements. They do not identify the cases counted, the period measured or what “success” means. Finding a cryptocurrency transaction is not the same as returning the money to its owner.

Why do FPS Law details appear here?

MirageSwan displays the Frankfurt address Eschersheimer Landstraße 55 and an email address at fps-law.de. The genuine FPS Law website lists those details in its own legal notice and identifies its legal entity.

The question is therefore not whether the address exists. It does. The unresolved question is whether the real firm authorised this separate website and Facebook offer. Matching contact details alone do not establish that permission. There is no basis here to accuse FPS Law of operating a scam.

Before relying on the apparent connection, find the firm's official website independently and ask whether it operates the exact mirageswan.com domain and represents the named person contacting you. Do not use only a phone number or link supplied in the recovery message.

What is missing from the proposed relationship?

The site's terms, dated 14 June 2026, use general wording about applicable law and a support address at mirageswan.com. Its privacy page also uses a domain-based contact without clearly identifying a responsible legal company. This makes it difficult to establish whom a customer would hire and who would receive sensitive documents.

The footer also says recovery is not guaranteed. That qualification matters, but it does not explain the advertised success percentages or identify the contracting provider.

Our assessment is that this combination warrants treating the offer as a possible recovery scam until its identity and authority are established. This is a reason to pause before paying, not a finding that a particular customer has already been defrauded. No independently verified customer loss is presented in this report.

Before paying a recovery fee

Ask for a written proposal naming the legal business, the individual handling the case, the precise work, the fee and the payment recipient. If legal representation is offered, verify the lawyer through an independent professional register. A bank account in a different name needs an explanation before a transfer.

Do not pay an advance “tax” or “unlocking” charge to receive supposedly recovered funds. Never provide a wallet recovery phrase, bank password or remote access to your banking device. A genuine professional does not need those secrets to explain a possible claim.

Already contacted them or paid?

Keep two separate timelines: the original investment payment and the later recovery offer. Save the ad, exact domain, conversations, agreement, invoice and receipt. If you suspect deception, contact the payment provider used for the recovery fee promptly and ask about dispute or recall options. Report suspected fraud through your country's official channels.

Our recovery-service checklist explains what to verify before hiring someone else. If you contacted Deutsche Betrugsbekämpfungsallianz or MirageSwan and are unsure what to do, request a free phone consultation. We can help you distinguish the original loss from the new offer and organise the next questions.

Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

fxjunction.com

FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
