How the account ladder works
The account page inspected on 3 November lists six levels: Trial, Bronze, Silver, Golden, Platinum and VIP. Advertised deposits rise from €250 to €12,500, €25,000, €50,000, €100,000 and €250,000.
Withdrawal descriptions also change: standard for the first two levels, priority for Silver, same-day for Golden and instant for Platinum and VIP. Bonuses increase too. This makes withdrawal speed part of the sales pitch for a larger account.
The table does not prove that a particular customer was ordered to upgrade before withdrawing. That distinction matters: an advertised feature and an actual demand for another payment are different pieces of evidence.
What to ask before paying more
Request a written explanation of the withdrawal you already submitted: amount, date, status, applicable contract clause and any missing document. Ask separately whether a bonus imposes trading or withdrawal conditions. Do not accept a larger deposit as a substitute for that explanation.
An account balance and a successful small payment do not establish that the whole balance is available. Equally, an unresolved request alone does not explain where the money went. Preserve the exact response rather than guessing.
The company name does not resolve the warning
BaFin identifies an offer using a London location and the Goldberg Capitals name, without a stated legal form. Its warning concerns the exact domain. A similarly named business, a London address or a general claim of international activity is not proof that this website is authorised.
If you paid and suspect deception, contact the bank, card provider or exchange used to send the money. Supply recipient details and the regulator's warning; ask which recall or dispute options apply. Keep emails, account screenshots and payment references before access changes.
Our withdrawal guide explains how to assemble that record. If you contacted Goldberg Capitals and need help deciding what to ask next, request a free telephone consultation. We cannot guarantee recovery or unlock an account ourselves.

Alphavista Exchange
alphavistaexchange.com
Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction
fxjunction.com
FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker / AtlasBrokerOption
hosbroker.site ws.hosbroker.site statsglt.hosbroker.site
HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
