Global Pip Markets, presented at globalpipmarkets.com, advertises trading while claiming overseas regulatory credentials. The immediate issue for a prospective customer is the UK FCA's warning of 2 November 2026: the regulator says the firm is not authorised by it and advises people to avoid dealing with it.
That is a specific warning about this website. It should not be confused with a court judgment about every transaction, or with an independent finding about every overseas registration claimed on the site.
What does the FCA warning identify?
The notice names Global Pip Markets, globalpipmarkets.com and [email protected]. It also lists a New York address. An address in another country does not establish permission to offer financial services in the country where a customer lives.
The FCA says customers dealing with this firm do not have the usual Financial Ombudsman Service or FSCS protection for the investment. A separate complaint to the bank used for a payment may still need assessment; do not assume that the warning removes every possible payment-dispute route.
Do the website's licence numbers prove it is regulated?
Its regulation page associates 709718501 with Seychelles and the FSA. It also describes HE 19818009 as a Cyprus registration while claiming CySEC licensing.
These are the website's statements. A number printed beside a regulator's name is not sufficient evidence that the regulator authorises that website for your service. The essential match is between the regulator's own record, the legal entity, its permitted activities and the domain through which you are dealing.
A company registration and a financial-services licence serve different purposes. Registration can establish that a legal entity exists; it does not by itself authorise that entity to hold investment money or provide every type of trading service. The FCA warning remains relevant even if a salesperson sends a certificate from another country.
Why preserve the contact and terms pages?
The site's footer uses a contact domain, globalpipcapital.com, that differs from globalpipmarkets.com in the FCA notice. This is a contact mismatch, not proof that the two domains have the same owner. Record the sender address in the actual messages you received.
The page reached through the site's terms route displays a privacy policy rather than a clear trading agreement. It also leaves an unfinished site-name placeholder inside a privacy contact. Such a page does not answer practical questions about withdrawal fees, the contracting company or complaints.
The site does display a CFD risk warning. That is relevant: genuine trading losses are possible. A risk disclosure, however, cannot resolve an authorisation warning or replace a usable customer agreement.
What if Global Pip Markets will not let you withdraw?
This report does not claim there is a verified pattern of customer withdrawal losses. If you personally have a problem, preserve evidence of that specific event:
- the account's full website address and legal name in your agreement;
- deposit receipts showing the actual beneficiary;
- the withdrawal amount, date, status and written reason for any refusal;
- demands for further payments and the bank account or wallet supplied for them.
Ask for the contractual basis of any restriction in writing. Do not send another deposit to release a displayed profit or test the service. A platform balance does not establish that real money is available for withdrawal.
If you suspect fraud, contact your bank or payment provider promptly. Ask which recall, dispute or fraud-reporting procedure applies to the payment method and date. For cryptocurrency, retain the transaction hash and network; no one needs your recovery phrase to review a transaction. If remote access was granted, secure the device and bank accounts.
Read our guide to a broker blocking a withdrawal for a practical evidence list. If you contacted Global Pip Markets or paid money, request a free phone consultation. We can help you understand the warning, identify the relevant payment and prepare questions for your provider. We cannot promise that a loss will be repaid.

Alphavista Exchange
alphavistaexchange.com
Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction
fxjunction.com
FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker / AtlasBrokerOption
hosbroker.site ws.hosbroker.site statsglt.hosbroker.site
HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
