If you lost money on an investment, an offer to organise your case can sound like a way out. FMS Analytics, also presented through the FMS Advisory website, offers exactly that kind of help. The important question is whether you can trust the service with more money and personal documents.
There is now a specific regulatory warning. Here is what it covers, how the websites present themselves and what to do with an offer or payment already made.
What the FMA warning actually says
New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority lists FMS Analytics Ltd — fms-advisory.com among entities and websites associated with recovery scams. Its table records 27 October 2026 as the date this entry was added. The older date at the top of the page belongs to the continuing warning, not to this new entry.
This gives a firm reason to avoid paying the offer at that domain. It is more serious than an anonymous complaint. The entry does not, however, name every website using the initials FMS. Exact addresses matter when identifying the service you contacted.
What are you being asked to buy?
The FMS Advisory website describes transaction analysis, evidence packs, timelines and paperwork for bank disputes. It says it is not a law firm, does not provide regulated financial services and cannot guarantee recovery.
Its March 2026 terms say the first consultation is free, but later work may involve an agreed retainer or other fees, communicated in writing. An initial free call does not mean the whole service is free. The terms do not establish a fixed price for your case; the written engagement would need to do that.
This distinction also matters when making a complaint. A payment for a report is different from the original money sent to an investment platform. Preparing a report does not give its author the power to reverse a bank transfer or order a broker to pay.
The company number and address do not settle the identity question
The site uses company number 14855385. Companies House does contain an active company called FMS ANALYTICS LTD, incorporated on 9 May 2023. But the details compared on 29 October 2026 show a mismatch:
| Record | Registered office stated |
|---|---|
| FMS Advisory website | One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AB |
| Companies House, company 14855385 | South Lodge The Mount, Ifield, Crawley, RH11 0LG |
This is a difference in the claimed registered office, not simply two different ways of writing the same address. It calls for an explanation. A company entry alone neither proves that the website is controlled by that company nor grants permission to carry out regulated work. The mismatch also does not prove that the registered company itself operates the warned-about site.
Are the FMS Analytics reviews independent?
A page at fms-analytics-reviews.com resembles a familiar review platform and displays a star rating and customer stories. It is on its own domain, not trustpilot.com. Its “Visit website” link leads to fms-analytics.com.

Original page captured on 29 October 2026. A familiar review layout does not make the page an independent Trustpilot profile.
The linked service site repeats the company number, London address and description of analytical support found on FMS Advisory. These are observable connections between the pages. They do not establish who legally owns all three domains, and the FMA entry specifically names fms-advisory.com.
For a reader, the practical point is simple: the displayed rating is not independent confirmation that money was recovered. The site’s customer stories do not supply payment records establishing the claimed results. Do not use those stories to override the official warning.
If you already contacted FMS Analytics or paid
Separate your records into two folders: the original investment loss and the later recovery-service offer. For the latter, keep the exact website address, sender’s email, contract, fee quote, payment recipient, amount and date. Save any report delivered and any promise about timing or results.
Contact the bank or payment provider used for the fee promptly if you suspect fraud. Explain what was promised, what was delivered and why the warning concerns you. Ask whether a card dispute or transfer-recall process applies. These routes depend on the payment and circumstances; a warning does not automatically make every fee refundable.
Do not send another payment to “release” recovered funds. Never disclose a wallet recovery phrase, banking password or one-time code. If you installed remote-access software or shared banking access, notify your bank and secure the affected accounts and device.
For official reporting, use our guide to reporting a scam. Before considering a different recovery service, read the checks to make before paying for recovery help.
Help understanding your situation
If you paid FMS Analytics, shared documents or are unsure which website you dealt with, request a free phone consultation. We can help you identify the offer, organise the two payment histories and understand which questions to put to your payment provider. A consultation is not a promise of repayment.

Alphavista Exchange
alphavistaexchange.com
Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction
fxjunction.com
FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
