A real company name can lead to the wrong conclusion
Someone searching for Finnova Limited may find a genuine UK company and assume that the trading offer belongs to it. The FCA's warning makes an important distinction: it does not consider the unauthorised offer associated with Finnova Limited, company number 09622034. Our concern is the named websites and their offer, not an accusation against that separate company.
A company registration confirms an entry in a corporate register. It is not permission to provide every financial service, nor proof that a caller works for that company. To check an investment offer, the legal name, website, contact details and permission for the actual service must fit together.
The warning includes more than the .com website
First published on 18 August 2026 and updated on 19 October, the FCA notice names finnova-limited.com, finnova-limited.org and user.finnova-limited.org. It also includes wt.finnova-limited.org/login and user.finnova-limited.net.
This matters if a representative sends a new login address. A working dashboard at a different address does not resolve the authorisation warning or prove your displayed balance is available. The .net login is already in the notice. Conversely, the word Finnova alone is not enough to identify the offer: compare the full address with your own records.
We regard the combination of the official warning and the misleading potential of the real company's name as a serious fraud concern. The notice does not provide customer loss totals or establish that every payment to a similarly named business relates to this case.
If you paid, trace the transfer before chasing the dashboard
List the date, amount and recipient of each payment. Save the message that instructed you to pay that recipient, the account URL and your withdrawal request. Keep any refusal or request for another fee. These records connect the offer to the money more clearly than a screenshot of a profit figure alone.
Contact your bank or payment provider promptly, explain the suspected deception and ask which recall or dispute options are available. If you used cryptocurrency, retain the transaction hash, network and wallet address and notify the sending exchange. Also report the facts to the appropriate police service in your country. Do not pay a new deposit, tax or unlocking charge simply to regain access to a balance.
The FCA says customers dealing with this unauthorised offer do not have the usual UK Financial Ombudsman Service or FSCS protection against it. That is different from asking a payment provider about a disputed transfer: possible remedies depend on the payment, country and circumstances. A warning is not a reimbursement decision.
Be cautious if another firm later promises a guaranteed recovery for an advance fee. Our recovery-service checklist explains what to verify. If you contacted Finnova and need help understanding a payment or blocked withdrawal, request a free telephone consultation. We can help you put the records in order and understand the next steps.

Alphavista Exchange
alphavistaexchange.com
Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction
fxjunction.com
FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker / AtlasBrokerOption
hosbroker.site ws.hosbroker.site statsglt.hosbroker.site
HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
