What the investment plans actually promise
The indexed copy of Emerald's own program page, inspected on 4 November 2026, advertises a seven-day gold plan at 1.5% daily for $500–$10,000 and a 56-day shares plan at 5% daily for $100,000–$1 million. Direct access was stopped by a human-verification page, so these are documented indexed terms, not a claim that a new customer can buy them today.
Take the shares figure literally: on $100,000, 5% means $5,000 each day. Over 56 days, that is $280,000 of promised profit without compounding, before considering repayment of the original deposit. This arithmetic illustrates the scale of the claim; it is not a forecast or evidence that anyone received it.
The names of familiar assets do not make that promise reliable. Holding gold does not itself generate daily interest, and share returns are not a fixed daily payment. The decisive question is what real activity could fund the advertised return and what enforceable rights the customer receives.
The registration claim does not answer ASIC's warning
ASIC's official record names Emerald Global Investment, the alias Emerald EGI, and emeraldglobal-investment.com, with the category Unlicensed and the date 12 August 2026. Its addresses include Oman and Dubai. The warning concerns Australian authorisation; it is not a published total of customer losses.
The site's indexed About page describes an Oman financial institution and gives registration number 730427. A number and an address are not a substitute for a regulator entry matching the legal entity, domain and service. They also do not establish deposit protection for someone paying from another country.
Banking language is not a bank guarantee
The homepage presents saving, spending and investing together and promises easy transfers to external wallets. It also displays large customer and review counts. Those are the site's marketing claims, not independent confirmation that funds are held safely or withdrawals work.
Before treating an account as a bank account, identify the legal institution, the relevant permission and where the money is held. A payment made to buy an investment is not automatically an insured bank deposit.
If you paid and cannot withdraw
Save the plan offered to you, its term, payment receipts and the written withdrawal response. Separate the money actually transferred from any profit displayed online. If another payment is demanded to unlock the balance, preserve the explanation and destination; do not pay solely on that promise.
Contact your bank, card provider or sending exchange through its official channel and ask about the options for your transaction. For crypto, keep the network, receiving address and transaction hash. Report suspected fraud to the police and relevant regulator. A later offer of guaranteed recovery requires its own check; our recovery-service guide explains why.

Alphavista Exchange
alphavistaexchange.com
Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction
fxjunction.com
FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker / AtlasBrokerOption
hosbroker.site ws.hosbroker.site statsglt.hosbroker.site
HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
