Two different domains to compare
The genuine firm's website is octopusinvestments.com. The warned-about portal is client.octopus-firm.com, while the contact in the warning uses octopus-firm.email. The word “client” and a hyphenated brand-like address do not make a portal official.
Octopus Investments also publishes its own fraud guidance. Reach it through the genuine website independently, rather than through a link sent by the person you are checking. Do not confuse this case with an Octopus Energy account or assume every search result containing “Octopus” concerns this warning.
A login can collect more than a payment
If you entered a password also used for email, banking or another investment account, change it at those genuine services. Start with email, because it may receive password-reset messages. Enable the service's additional authentication where available and review active sessions.
These are precautions after entering data into a warned-about portal, not a claim that this particular site has been technically proven to steal every password. If you supplied identity documents, record exactly which files you sent and follow the relevant issuer's guidance on suspected misuse.
A displayed balance is not custody evidence
Save statements, account pages and withdrawal messages, but also preserve bank confirmations or blockchain transaction references. Those show where you actually sent funds. A portal's profit number does not independently establish that securities were purchased or held for you.
For a transfer connected with the clone, give your bank the exact portal, contact email and FCA warning. Ask about recall or fraud-dispute options. Do not send an additional “verification deposit” merely to test a withdrawal. If such a demand arrives, save it as further evidence.
The warning establishes impersonation, not a published total of customer losses. We do not attribute general search interest or complaints about the genuine firm to this clone. If you contacted the portal and need help, request a free telephone consultation. Our withdrawal-problem guide also explains how to build a usable payment timeline.

Alphavista Exchange
alphavistaexchange.com
Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction
fxjunction.com
FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker / AtlasBrokerOption
hosbroker.site ws.hosbroker.site statsglt.hosbroker.site
HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
