Why a convincing PDF can still be a false contract
The decisive finding is not the document's design: it is BaFin's report that third parties are using the company's identity without its involvement. A genuine name, address or registration detail can be copied into a false agreement.
The notice does not identify a destination website. We therefore do not assign an unrelated domain to this case or claim that every suspicious “Citadel” offer comes from the same operator.
Check three different identities
First, identify the contracting party: the precise company supposedly responsible for the investment. Second, identify the person communicating with you, including the full email address and phone number. Third, record the payment beneficiary.
Those details must form a coherent, independently confirmed arrangement. Matching names on two pages of the same PDF are not independent confirmation. Nor does a third-party beneficiary automatically prove wrongdoing; it requires a clear explanation verified outside the salesperson's communication channel.
Use an official register and the genuine company's independently located contact to verify the proposal. Do not rely on a verification link, QR code or “regulator contact” embedded in the suspicious contract. A copied FINMA logo gives none of them authority.
What to save if you signed or paid
Keep the original PDF, its attachments, the message that delivered it, any signature request and payment instructions. Record the promised return, investment term and account where the money was sent. Do not edit the original to annotate it; work on a copy.
If you suspect deception after payment, give your bank the document and BaFin warning and ask promptly about a recall or fraud complaint. A signature does not make an impersonated offer genuine. Equally, this article cannot decide whether a particular contract is legally enforceable; obtain appropriate legal advice if a demand is made against you.
Do not pay a later “release fee” because someone displays the same regulator logo. Use our recovery-service checklist for any new refund offer. If you contacted the people behind these documents and need help sorting the situation, request a free telephone consultation. We can help identify the next questions without guaranteeing recovery.

Alphavista Exchange
alphavistaexchange.com
Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction
fxjunction.com
FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker / AtlasBrokerOption
hosbroker.site ws.hosbroker.site statsglt.hosbroker.site
HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
