Why finding a real company is not enough
A clone uses another business’s identity to make an offer look credible. That is the problem in the AFM warning dated 14 July 2026, which specifically names balios-ag.net/n/. A register entry for a genuine company would not establish that this website, caller or payment account belongs to it.
For a person about to invest, the key question is therefore not just “Does Balios AG exist?” It is “Does the genuine company control the exact website and communication channel I am using?” Verify that through independently obtained official contact details, not a number supplied by the salesperson.
The privacy document contains an identity mismatch
The PDF on balios-ag.net, checked on 3 November 2026, presents Balios AG, the identifier CHE-112.682.493 and an address in Baar. Yet its text also refers to Sterwen SA, including in section 2.
This is a concrete inconsistency inside a document intended to explain how personal information is handled. It leaves the reader without a clear, consistent account of the responsible business. It does not prove that Sterwen SA operates the site or is involved in the suspected scheme. The name may have been copied; a shared name is not evidence of shared ownership.
This distinction matters if you uploaded a passport or identification document. The question is who actually received the copy, not whether one of the names in the PDF can be found in a company register.
If you have already sent documents or money
Save the exact domain, the privacy PDF, emails and any agreement in the form you received them. Record the payment beneficiary separately from the brand used in the sales conversation. These may be different, and the difference is useful evidence.
For money already sent, contact your bank or payment provider promptly. Explain that the site is named in a regulator’s clone warning and ask about the options for your payment. Report suspected fraud to the appropriate authority in your country.
If you shared identity documents, tell your bank and ask the issuing authority what precautions apply where you live. Change any password reused on other services. Do not send further identification, account codes or money to a caller merely because they repeat the same company name. Our withdrawal guide helps organise the financial records.
Request a free phone consultation if you dealt with balios-ag.net and need help separating the claimed identity from the evidence. We can explain useful next steps for your payments or exposed information; recovery is not guaranteed.

Alphavista Exchange
alphavistaexchange.com
Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

FXJunction
fxjunction.com
FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker / AtlasBrokerOption
hosbroker.site ws.hosbroker.site statsglt.hosbroker.site
HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
