How we checked this case: Sources and contractual wording checked on 29 October 2026. Operator claims, regulatory findings and reported security incidents are distinguished; no customer-loss total is asserted.

AlpsCon

Why AlpsCon holders have a concrete reason to check

Someone searching for AlpsCon reviews or withdrawal problems now faces a question that older reviews may not answer: what did the October security incident affect, and does it change access to their tokens or rewards?

AlpsCon uses ALPS tokens and automated crypto-trading technology. For a customer, the important distinction is between a token balance, rewards displayed in an account and cryptocurrency actually received in a wallet. Those figures are not interchangeable.

What the 18 October incident report says

Security-monitoring service Defimon published its account on 19 October 2026. It says an attacker used a publicly known test wallet that had been included among approved wallets. A weakness in reward accounting then allowed a newly created stake to receive rewards as though it had existed earlier.

According to that report, around 355,000 USDC in rewards were claimed. After repaying the short-term loan used for the attack, the attacker kept about $152,000. The two amounts describe different parts of the same operation: adding them would overstate the reported total. SlowMist's incident list also records the AlpsCon event, but does not establish each customer's loss.

Defimon says the test address was removed from the approved list on 18 October, roughly five hours after the attack. Removing an address is one response; it does not by itself demonstrate that every affected contract has been repaired or that a particular withdrawal is available.

A security exploit is not proof that the operator deliberately stole customer money. Nor does this report show that every ALPS holder lost their deposit. The immediate questions are which contracts and balances were affected, what was fixed, and what can currently be withdrawn.

The advertisement and the terms describe different things

On 29 October, Meta's Ad Library showed an active advertisement from Algo Trading Systems, started on 25 October, promoting AlpsCon. Its destination, algotradingsystems.ch, presents itself as an independent promoter rather than the official AlpsCon website and includes a referral link.

The promoter's claims about AI trading and control of a wallet should be read alongside the AlpsCon terms, not in place of them. The public terms identify AlpsCon GmbH and say ALPS tokens provide technical access to the platform, rather than payment, investment or profit-sharing rights. They warn that the tokens have no legal or economic redemption value and can be lost entirely.

The terms then describe an exit mechanism: one payout may be initiated per calendar week, with tokens converted into available cryptocurrencies through a smart contract. Processing depends on the blockchain and contract functioning. This is not an unconditional promise to return a cash deposit whenever requested.

A separate section describes a 14-day consumer right to withdraw from the contract, with conditions and exceptions. That is different from the weekly token exit. Whether it applies to your purchase depends on the contract and how the service began; preserve the terms you accepted and seek advice promptly if that deadline matters.

If an AlpsCon withdrawal is missing

  1. Identify the missing asset. Record whether it is ALPS tokens, rewards or cryptocurrency expected from an exit. Save the amount, wallet address, network and request date.
  2. Keep the transaction status. A pending or failed transaction differs from a successful transfer to the wrong address. Preserve the hash and any error message; never share your wallet recovery phrase or private key.
  3. Ask for specific answers in writing. Which contract holds your position? Was it affected by the October incident? What is the next applicable exit window? What explains your individual delay?
  4. Do not sign an unexplained “repair” transaction. Check instructions through an official channel reached independently. A stranger's compensation link can create a second loss.
  5. Act on suspected unauthorised payments. Contact your bank or sending exchange and report suspected fraud through the appropriate local channel. Do not wait for a promoter to resolve a security concern.

Our withdrawal-problem guide helps organise your records. If someone offers to retrieve the funds for a fee, read our recovery-service checks.

Help with your own position

If you contacted AlpsCon or a promoter and now cannot withdraw or have lost money, request a free telephone consultation. We can help you separate the advertised promise, the contract and the transaction record, so you know what to ask next. A consultation does not guarantee a refund or replace urgent action with your payment provider.

Alphavista Exchange advertised investment plans paying up to 300% per trade alongside instant withdrawals and insurance of up to $1 million. Its claimed authorisations were not matched to Alphavista in the CySEC and Seychelles FSA lists checked on 4 November 2026. These combined warning signs support our suspicion of possible fraud. Do not send money on the strength of these claims. The offer described here comes from indexed copies; the website did not open during the latest check.

fxjunction.com

FXJunction links traders to signal providers, but a broker account balance and FXJunction credits are different things. Its FAQ sets a $100 minimum for redeemable credits and excludes bonus credits. On 4 November 2026, the FAQ said providers keep 70%, or 80% for referred copiers, while the provider page promised 90%. Ask which terms apply to your account. This inconsistency and an old complaint justify scrutiny, but do not prove fraud.

HOS Broker searches lead to hosbroker.site, a trading page using several different names. Its withdrawal-policy link opens no policy, and its legal-page link returned an error. We consider these serious warning signs of possible fraud and would not deposit while the operator and withdrawal rules remain unclear.
