Glocin insolvency: what matters now
If Glocin still owes you money, the useful starting point is your claim in the Czech insolvency case, not a new promise from a promoter. A claim is the amount you formally ask the company to repay.
The official register, checked on 26 October 2026, lists GLOCIN LIMITED in bankruptcy proceedings at the Regional Court in Ostrava: KSOS 40 INS 10545/2024. It names Hart & Partners, v.o.s. as the insolvency administrator and I-SPRÁVCE, v.o.s. as a separate administrator for a particular part of the case.
The register gives 13 January 2025 as the deadline for filing creditor claims. That is a past deadline. An old website inviting people to register does not reopen it. If you missed it, ask a Czech insolvency lawyer to assess your position and any other available claims; do not pay someone who promises automatic admission now.
Why disputed claims need another look
In a report dated 12 October and published on 14 October 2026, Hart & Partners says the previous review of claims had serious shortcomings. It reports that almost 89% of individual claims were disputed and describes work to check payment records and reconsider objections.
This is the current administrator's assessment, not a ruling that every disputed claim has now been accepted. For you, the practical question is specific: what is the recorded status of your claim, and has any objection to it actually been withdrawn?
The same report records an estate bank balance of about CZK 5.84 million and says more than CZK 4 million had been recovered in Slovak insolvency proceedings on 7 October. Money held by the estate is not the same as money ready to distribute to each customer. Costs, claim decisions and further recoveries affect the result.
A separate report published on 26 October concerns one recovery lawsuit against ISLAND PRINCESS. It says there had been no decision on the merits or hearing scheduled in that dispute. It does not announce a customer payout. Neither of these reports gives every investor a repayment date or a guaranteed percentage.
Why Glocin is in the news again
A Czech Television investigation published on 20 October 2026 examines how Karolína Kostroňová and David Kostroň promoted Glocin through a social-media community. It includes accounts from affected people. Kostroňová denies exploiting people for profit and says she regrets their difficulties.
The report helps explain why clients trusted recommendations. It does not decide your individual claim. Keep the messages and promises you received from your own intermediary: the person who promoted an investment and the legal company that received your money may have different responsibilities.
Four steps if Glocin owes you money
- Find your filing. Open the official register linked below and use section P, headed Přihlášky, for creditor claims. Save the claim number, amount and filing confirmation. If a lawyer submitted it, ask for these records.
- Check objections and notices. Request the latest review result and any notice addressed to you. Ask your representative whether a response or separate court action is required and what deadline applies. A general review announcement is not permission to ignore your own notice.
- Build a payment timeline. Put contracts, vouchers, bank transfers, withdrawals already received and messages in date order. Separate money you actually paid from returns shown on a dashboard. Keep original files, not only screenshots.
- Verify who is contacting you. Match the administrator's details against the official register. Before assigning or selling your claim, check the price, fees and rights you would give up. A promise to “unlock” the entire investment for an extra payment needs particular caution.
What if you live outside Czechia?
The case is before a Czech court even though GLOCIN LIMITED has a UK company number. Living in the UK, Germany or Poland does not move this proceeding to your home country. Ask a suitably qualified adviser about the Czech claim and any separate options involving an intermediary in your country.
