Capital Support Facebook ad: why the recovery offer raises doubts

The pitch is aimed at people whose broker will not pay

The Capital Support advert starts with a familiar problem: a broker delays withdrawals, blocks the account or keeps asking for fees. It offers help from recovery specialists and invites the reader to have their case checked.

That is a powerful message when your money is stuck. But recognising your problem is different from showing who will handle it. An advert should give you a way to check the business behind the promise before you send documents or accept a fee.

Meta’s library showed this advert as active on 23 October 2026, with a start date of 12 October. It also said the advert was inactive for some audiences because of requirements. The British search filter used for this check does not prove where every viewer lives.

The contact details do not match the advertised service

The Facebook page presents itself as a lawyer or law firm. Its public details give a phone number and a street in Fiľakovo, Slovakia. Meta’s transparency panel records a page created on 30 July 2026 and one name change.

The phone number is also published by Kállai, a wine bar and guesthouse business. Its own contact page identifies Georgica, s.r.o.; another page on its business website lists that same number for Kállai. This is a concrete mismatch between a recovery-law advert and the business associated with its contact details.

This does not show that Kállai or Georgica runs the advert. Copied details, an old page record or a mistake are possible explanations. The evidence does not establish a hacked page either. What it does establish is that these details cannot be treated as proof of a recovery firm's identity.

A Facebook category such as “lawyer” is not a professional registration. Before paying someone who claims to be a lawyer, match their full name, firm and contact details against the relevant professional register.

Where lexbridge.top fits in

The advert’s button led to lexbridge.top/core-route. The advertising name, Capital Support, is different from this destination. On 23 October, that page displayed no content in the check, leaving no readable contract, fee schedule or operator details there.

A blank page alone does not prove fraud or permanent closure. Here, the separate contact mismatch is the more important finding. Our assessment is that this offer could be a recovery scam and should not be trusted with money or sensitive documents on the evidence available.

This review concerns this Facebook page and this exact domain. It does not establish a connection with other businesses using Capital Support or LexBridge names. There is no verified customer-loss total for this offer.

If you contacted Capital Support or paid through this offer

Only shared your contact details? Keep the advert and messages, then stop sending more information until the recipient is identified. Requesting a callback does not, by itself, authorise a charge. Never give a caller bank codes, account passwords or wallet recovery words.

Already paid? Contact your bank, card provider or payment service promptly. Explain what the payment was for and why you suspect deception. Ask about stopping, recalling or disputing it and the deadline that applies. Keep the original investment loss separate from any later recovery fee.

Asked for another payment? Do not send a supposed release tax, verification deposit or unlock fee just to obtain money already promised. These are warning signs described in general recovery-scam guidance; this review does not establish that Capital Support has made each of those demands.

Save the advert ID 1764508848001119, the exact destination, payment recipient, dates, amounts and messages. If someone accessed your device or accounts, tell the affected provider and secure them from a trusted device. Report suspected fraud through the appropriate service in your country. Our reporting guide explains what to include.
