A trading robot on the front page, marketing in the terms
The site checked on 5 November 2026 uses the name FX Master Bot and the address fx-master-bot.com. Its presentation describes AI-assisted trading. However, the site’s disclaimer explicitly separates the website from providing trading, brokerage or investment services.
That distinction changes the question a visitor should ask. You may expect to open a trading account or buy a working robot; the documents instead describe a route to marketing material and other providers. The important issue is what agreement you actually enter, with whom, and whether any money goes to a separate business.
What registration can lead to
The terms describe a subscription to email and other online-marketing content, supplied by the site and third-party partners. Another section describes obtaining or attempting to obtain products and services through registration forms. It also distances the site from the accuracy of third-party descriptions and disputes with providers.
The privacy policy permits sharing information with service providers and partners. This gives a reason to ask who will contact you after registration and why. It is not proof that every registrant receives a broker call or that a particular broker is connected to the site. No single receiving broker is established by the documents reviewed.
Before leaving a number, ask for the name of the business that will receive it, its purpose and the applicable privacy information. If you already registered, keep the original address and identify each caller separately. A caller using the same product name is not enough to connect their payment instructions to the website.
Who is responsible for the offer?
The terms name the operator as FX Master Bot and refer broadly to related companies. They do not identify a specific incorporated company with a registration number and address in that operator statement. The contact email is [email protected]. An email address alone does not identify the legal party responsible for a contract.
The text also contains a reference to the IG group in a paragraph about investment recommendations. That reference does not establish an affiliation with IG. It is a detail that needs explanation, not a licence or endorsement.
Our concern is this combination: a trading-platform presentation, marketing-service terms and an unclear legal counterparty. It is not sufficient to declare that money has been stolen. It is sufficient to avoid treating the page as a verified trading service until the actual provider and agreement are clear.
Why the hyphens matter in the old warning
Spain’s CNMV issued a warning on 27 January 2020 concerning FXMASTERBOT and fxmasterbot.com, an address without hyphens. This article examines fx-master-bot.com. The similar name is a useful lead, but does not establish common ownership or make the earlier warning a finding against this exact site.
When checking reviews, compare the address and the date, not just the name. Older robot reviews can describe a different offer, broker or registration process. Our trading-bot checklist explains the difference between software, a broker and an investment promise.
If you have already contacted someone or paid
If you only left contact details, you can withdraw marketing consent and request that further marketing stop. Do not give a caller remote access to your device, a banking code or a wallet recovery phrase.
If you paid, start with the receipt. Write down the recipient’s legal name, payment method and account or wallet destination. Keep the advertisement or page you saw, messages, the contract and any withdrawal request. Ask the recipient in writing what service the payment purchased and how cancellation or withdrawal works. A software fee and money deposited with a broker are different claims.
If you suspect deception, contact your bank, card issuer or sending exchange promptly. Ask about the options for your payment type and provide the actual recipient details. Do not pay an extra “release fee” simply because a caller says it will unlock a balance. Our guide to a refused withdrawal has a practical evidence checklist.
If FX Master Bot led to a confusing call, payment or withdrawal problem, request a free phone consultation. We can help you identify the parties involved, understand what happened and prepare your next steps.
