ECCFI recovery website: identity, claims and privacy

Which ECCFI website is this review about?

We inspected eccfi-vercel.vercel.app, reached from a Facebook advert by Cjhyu Hoho. It presents itself as European Cyber Crime & Fraud Investigators, based in the Netherlands. Our advertising check records that route.

The footer displays KVK number 86680781, [email protected] and +31 970 102 650 54. The separate website eccfinvestigators.com also displays those contacts. Matching details do not prove who controls either site.

Does the company number verify the offer?

A commercial directory links the number and name to eccfi.eu. That directory entry does not establish the current operator of the reviewed site. Confirm the relationship through the official Dutch register and an independently found contact for the organisation.

Do not assume this proves a clone. Equally, a number printed in a footer is not proof that its registered owner authorised a website. Ask for the contracting entity and verify the exact web and email domains independently.

What do the advertised figures tell you?

The landing page claims 15,000 completed cases and 98% client satisfaction. It does not establish those results for your case. Satisfaction, a completed investigation and money returned are different measures.

Ask what the work produces, what it costs and who must act on the findings. The cited evidence does not establish successful recoveries or customer losses for this exact website.

Where does the enquiry go?

The privacy notice says the form collects a name and email, with phone and incident details optional. It says enquiries are delivered to the team through Telegram and hosting is provided by Vercel.

Using those services is not evidence of fraud. The practical question is who can access your records and what happens after the enquiry. The notice also tells visitors not to submit passwords, private keys or sensitive documents.

If you already submitted details, keep a copy of what you shared and ask for the named business responsible for handling them. Do not send additional financial records until the purpose and recipient are clear.

If you have paid or shared account access

For a payment you believe may be fraudulent, contact your bank or payment provider promptly about a recall or dispute. Save the agreement, invoice and recipient account. An unfulfilled service and a false identity may need different evidence.

If you shared passwords or login codes, secure the account through its genuine provider and end unfamiliar sessions. Never send wallet recovery words to demonstrate a loss.
